These terms govern your use of Subtracker (“the service”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Update business and contact details before a public launch.
Subtracker helps you list subscriptions, estimate costs, plan cancellations, and (with Plus) export data. We provide information and tools only — we are not a bank, advisor, or cancellation agent.
You are solely responsible for cancelling subscriptions with each provider. Marking an item “to cancel” or “cancelled” in the app is for your own planning only; it does not end any real-world subscription. Links (including search links to third-party sites) are provided for convenience; we do not guarantee their accuracy or availability.
Paid features are billed via Stripe. Prices and features are shown at checkout. Refunds and cancellations of Plus follow Stripe and our stated refund policy at the time of purchase. Subscription catalog prices in the app are indicative; always verify amounts with your provider.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the service excessively, or use it for unlawful purposes.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that savings calculations, catalog data, or cancellation guidance are complete or correct. You use the service at your own risk. Nothing here is financial or legal advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from ongoing subscription charges, failed cancellations, or reliance on app data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or €50 if you used the free tier).
The service, branding, and content we provide remain our property or our licensors’. You retain ownership of data you enter.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts in the Netherlands, subject to your statutory rights as a consumer in the EEA.
